Refund Policy

For paint kits: No refunds on paint kits. If you did not receive the item you expected, an item was missing or defective, please let me know, and I'll be happy to exchange or replace it.

For private paint parties: No Refunds on paint parties. Full refund only if My Matisse Mobile Paint Parties must cancel event. 

​

For public events: Full refund only if My Matisse Mobile Paint Parties must cancel event.
